A1K9 LLC values every customers trust and expectations when it comes to any training or service. Keeping all clients up to speed with detailed training reports as progress is made with improvement videos & pictures. Remaining trustworthy & honest at all times, with the end goal being your dog(s) best outcome. With that said, if the rare occasion happens where A1K9 LLC believes there is a service or customer request where the absolute BEST outcome can be accomplished more confidently by someone else or another business, we will proudly guide you in the right direction referring you to fellow trainers and mentors who may have more experience w/ your breed or the specific training or service request.

A1K9 LLC aims to satisfy every customer. All services are detailed and agreed upon by both parties before any begin & will be regularly evaluated throughout to maintain customer satisfaction. That being said, if you're unsatisfied with an A1K9 service at anytime, please email immediately!


For information regarding a refund for any A1K9 apparel purchased on the A1K9 teespring storefront, please email immediately.  A1K9 LLC is not responsible for the shipping  done by the apparel storefront. A1K9 LLC is not required to resolve any  refund or returns denied due to lack of timely submission,  return or refund documentation. A1K9 LLC will consider resolution to those interested in civil discussion.
